Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee site execution, planning, monitoring, and management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and supervisors on best practices in civil engineering.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site management).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD software for design purposes.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
