Job Description

Execution of works strictly as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Supervision of all construction activities on site including labour management.
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Material reconciliation and resource planning.
Monitor progress of work and report delays or deviations to higher management.
Assist in billing, quantity estimation and documentation.
Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with health & safety protocols.

Eligibility

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3 to 8 years of experience in construction, preferably in residential/commercial real estate projects.
Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and project coordination.
Strong understanding of quality assurance and safety norms.
Good communication and leadership skills.
