Job Description

Site Engineer

execution experience

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute PEB erection and related civil/structural works at site.
Read and interpret construction drawings, erection drawings, and specifications.
Monitor site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers for smooth execution.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project status.
Ensure material availability at site and maintain proper records.
Handle site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality checks.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
PEB structure erection, alignment, and installation methods
.
Ability to read and interpret
engineering drawings and BOQs
.
Good understanding of
construction safety practices
.
Site management and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project reports).
Problem-solving and decision-making ability at site.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2 years of relevant experience
in PEB / Steel Structure industry.
Willingness to work at project sites (PAN India, if required).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage labor and subcontractors efficiently.
