Site Architect

As a Site Architect at Ashoka University, you will play a crucial role in the planning, designing, and execution of infrastructure projects across the campus. Your responsibilities will include coordinating design and architectural execution of campus infrastructure projects, supporting architectural and interior finishing work on various projects, collaborating with external consultants, architects, and PMCs for design reviews and documentation, participating in design workshops with stakeholders to finalize designs, assisting in value engineering processes to align designs with budgets and functional goals, supporting the preparation and review of BOQs, tender documentation, and GFC drawings, facilitating construction coordination across Civil, MEP, and finishing teams, ensuring compliance with construction drawings and project timelines, maintaining awareness of Haryana Bylaws and relevant building codes, and utilizing software tools like AutoCAD (2D/3D), Revit/BIM, and SketchUp effectively.
