Shopify Developer

You will be a part of our e-commerce development team as a Shopify Developer, where your primary responsibility will be to build high-performing e-commerce portals using Shopify. With a minimum of 2 years of experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field, you will utilize your proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, liquid programming languages, and the Shopify platform to create bespoke Shopify themes and modify existing templates based on brand guidelines. Collaborating with the UX and UI Design Teams, you will focus on developing unique, intuitive, and mobile-first front-end user experiences. Your role will also involve ensuring seamless integration with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to enhance the shop's efficiency and functionality. Regular testing and debugging of websites will be essential to improve performance, in addition to providing technical support to clients for any issues. Your expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and DOM will be crucial, along with prior experience in working with custom themes and the Storefront API. Proficiency in Shopify's theming system, Liquid templating, and debugging third-party Shopify apps will be required. You should also have a deep understanding of vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, ES2015/ES6, and various JavaScript frameworks, as well as knowledge of Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, and Meta fields. Experience in developing responsive layouts for different devices and familiarity with third-party services, APIs, and Shopify plugins will be advantageous. Your role will also involve performance optimization of the e-commerce portal to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for users.,
