The Indus Valley is looking for an experienced Shopify Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for crafting seamless and high-performance e-commerce experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Shopify-based e-commerce websites with a focus on performance and reliability.

Customize Shopify themes and implement front-end features aligned with brand guidelines and UI/UX designs.

Manage and optimize Shopify CMS for smooth content management and operational efficiency.

Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into responsive HTML/CSS templates.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of design vision.

Improve website speed, SEO, and performance across devices and browsers.

Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues and implement effective solutions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Product) to enhance site functionality and user experience.

Keep up with the latest Shopify and e-commerce development trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Experience with jQuery and other JavaScript libraries

Expertise in Shopify platform (Liquid templating language, APIs, theme customization)

CMS back-end integration and management

Preferred Skills:

Experience converting design files into clean, responsive HTML

Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles

Working knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
