Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
Oversee shift staff, including baristas, waiters, and kitchen personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a clean work environment.

1-5 years of experience in QSR or fast food industry (restaurant management).
