Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Worked as general duty engineer.
Responsible for Maintaining Machine spare parts planning and their handling.
Manpower planning and handling.
Breakdown Maintenance report notification.
Knowledge of circuit theory, Electrical Machines, H.T. & L.T. Power System.
Troubleshooting problems and issues related to A.C. variable frequency drives. (Allen Bradley, ABB560 & ABB580, Siemens, Amtech, Schneider, Danfoss)
Experience in fault finding and preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of HT, LT, PCC, MCC panels and switchgears.
Looking after PCC, MCC, AC drives panels, Transformers and DOL Starters, Star Delta Starter.
Knowledge of circuit breakers like MCB. MPCB, MCCB, ACB, (Make- L&T, Siemens, ABB)
Operation and maintenance of transformers (33kv/440v, 11kv/415v make Volt-amp, Kirloskar)
Area like paper machines, pulp mill, Kolhu bag gas, Deff, Recovery boiler, Re causticizer and RO Plant.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who are having experience in Board Machine are preferred.
