About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying customized SharePoint solutions for both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise environments. This role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient, and secure SharePoint-based solutions that enhance collaboration and business process automation.As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining intranet portals, content management systems, document libraries, custom forms, workflows, and integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and enterprise applications. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and implement responsive SharePoint sites using modern frameworks like SPFx, React, and client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Automate business processes using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Create custom lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, site templates, and branding solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems and services using REST APIs, Graph API, and third-party connectors.
• Provide technical support for existing SharePoint environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow best practices in coding, security, documentation, and version control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and data protection policies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-7 years of proven experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2013/2016/2019).
• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, JSOM, REST API, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and React.
• Experience in designing and developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and integration with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to create secure, user-friendly interfaces and workflows that streamline business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.
• Experience with ShareGate or other SharePoint migration tools.
• Exposure to Azure services and integration with cloud-based applications.
  

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
