Sharepoint Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration, support, and maintenance of SharePoint applications (2010/2013/Online).
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate security requirements, and contribute to technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues reported by QA, product owners, and end users.
• Support migration of portals/sites and integration with Deloitte Canada websites.
• Provision and manage Wikis, Blogs, team/collaboration/publishing sites.
• Configure workflows across Dev/QA/Prod environments.
• Perform system integration testing and support deployments of third-party tools.
• Manage Active Directory groups and permissions related to content and applications.
• Prototype pages, sites, and workflows, and support cross-technology improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with disaster recovery procedures.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint development/administration.

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

Technical Skills

• SharePoint 2010/2013

  (2016/2019/Online preferred).

• C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular/React.

• Web API, SPFx, custom server-side webparts

  .

• SQL Server, TFS/GIT, Visual Studio, VS Code.

• Unit testing tools (nUnit, MSTest, JustMock).

• Experience with performance tuning and application blocks (logging, exception handling).

• Nice to have:

  Modern site development, Azure cloud.
