SFMC Automation Studio Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at our company, you will be applying your specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. Your main responsibilities will include identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and coding in SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Automation Studio environment. You will collaborate with the SFMC architect to set up new data extensions and research and interpret factual information to identify inconsistencies in data or results. Your role will have a limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided, with an impact restricted to your own team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management tasks - Conduct data staging/cleanup in SFMC or database architecture/design engineering - Code in SFMC Automation Studio & Email Studio environment as per business requirements - Train new team members on coding in SFMC environment - Collaborate with SFMC architect to set up new data extensions - Suggest new methods to automate SFMC-based compliance reporting - Handle routine operational or administrative work - Administer defined procedures, conduct analyses, and prepare reports - Deliver routine and defined outputs daily while developing knowledge of the broader context of the work - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions - Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations - Safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - Total 3-5 years of experience - Minimum 1 year of work experience in SFMC Automation Studio is mandatory - Basics of SFMC Email Studio knowledge - Expertise in SQL coding - Knowledge of Data Warehouse/DB2 - Ability to engage resources outside of direct control to achieve objectives - Good to have knowledge of cloud environments like Salesforce - Preferred certification on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (Note: Sections such as "Job Family Group", "Job Family", "Time Type", "Most Relevant Skills", "Other Relevant Skills", and any additional company details have been omitted as per the provided instructions.),
