Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  custom solutions

  on the Salesforce platform using

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows

  .
• Work on

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

  implementations, ensuring optimal use of platform features.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including

  objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes

  .
• Develop

  integrations

  with external systems using

  APIs, REST/SOAP services, Platform Events, and middleware tools

  .
• Implement

  security and sharing rules

  aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform

  unit testing, debugging, and deployment

  of solutions across environments (using tools like

  SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines

  ).
• Provide ongoing

  production support

  , troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Stay up to date with

  Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

  .
• Proficiency in

  Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce

  .
• Experience with

  declarative tools

  (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
• Experience with

  API integrations, Named Credentials, and Platform Events

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and performance considerations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Version Control (Git), SFDX, and CI/CD tools (Gearset, etc.)

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Salesforce

  Platform Developer I

  certification required;

  Platform Developer II

  and

  Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant

  certifications preferred.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of

  DevOps, automated testing, and deployment strategies

  .
• Experience in

  Lightning migration

  projects.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodology

  .
