As a SFDC Architect at NTT DATA in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable Salesforce solutions and leading architecture discussions for seamless integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. Your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and systems integrations will be key in defining end-to-end Salesforce architecture and implementing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and related modules. - Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. - Provide technical leadership in Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to align architecture with business needs. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles, integration standards, and coding best practices. - Define governance frameworks for Salesforce releases and integrations. - Support pre-sales and solutioning activities by contributing to proposals, solution demos, and technical documentation. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture. - Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Case Management, and CTI integrations. - Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit). - Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and security model. - Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). - Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders. **Good to Have:** - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA. - Certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect. - Experience in multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud). - Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations (Platform Events, Kafka). - Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
