Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce.com Technical Analyst with 5-8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet complex business needs. The ideal candidate will work with a team of developers, guide and provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. This role requires advanced Salesforce architecture knowledge, hands-on development experience, and strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a technical team.

The role also demands experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and industry-specific clouds, such as Manufacturing Cloud, to deliver tailored solutions for diverse business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical :

• Manage the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and enforce best practices for Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

2. Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party tools.
• Leverage declarative tools like workflows, process builders, and flows to create efficient, no-code solutions.

3. Team Management:

• Work with team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to team members.

4. Project Delivery:

• Plan, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during development and implementation phases.
• Ensure proper documentation of system architecture, customizations, and configurations.

5. System Maintenance & Optimization:

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for scalability and efficiency.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and innovations to continuously improve the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Technical Expertise:

5-8 years of experience in Salesforce including development on Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

• Proven experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one industry-specific cloud (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, or Automotive Cloud).
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using middleware tools like MuleSoft.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Flosum, Salesforce DX, or Salesforce DevOps Center for CI/CD pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security models, data models, and access controls.
• Experience with declarative Salesforce configuration (flows, process builders, validation rules, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AppExchange products and custom package development.
• Domain expertise in industries like manufacturing, chemicals, healthcare, or retail.
