SFDC Agile Delivery Lead

You have an exciting opportunity as a SFDC Agile Delivery Lead with LTIMindtree, based in either Bangalore or Pune. With 12-15 years of IT experience and at least 6 years of proven expertise in Agile project delivery, preferably in roles like Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, while effectively communicating and showcasing leadership and interpersonal skills. Your ability to identify and overcome project impediments, track and report on team performance, and highlight areas for enhancement will be critical for success in this role. Experience in a technical domain, particularly in Salesforce, Product development, systems integration, or related areas, will be highly beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with low-maturity Agile environments is advantageous. Your problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong decision-making skills, will be essential in navigating project challenges effectively. Moreover, your role will involve coaching and mentoring team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. While being based in Bengaluru is preferred, Pune location is also a plus.
