ServiceNow Testing

Role Overview: You are required to work as a ServiceNow Tester at a senior associate level with 5 to 8 years of experience. Your primary skills should include ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, ATF, and Javascript. Additionally, you should have secondary skills in Reporting, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Azure DevOps, and Git. Your main responsibilities will involve working hands-on with ServiceNow applications like GRC/IRM, ITSM, and ITBM, as well as having a deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM modules. You will also be expected to analyze complex business and functional requirements, derive test scenarios from business requirements, and apply testing concepts in project activities. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications such as GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITBM - Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM modules - Working understanding of ServiceNow ATF and Tricentis Tosca - Analyze user, functional, and technical requirements - Derive test scenarios from business requirements - Apply testing concepts in day-to-day project activities Qualification Required: - Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF), ISTQB Certification Note: Shift timing is 2 to 11 pm, and the location for this position is Bangalore only.
