Functional and Automation QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements and prepare detailed test cases.
• Perform functional and automation testing for ServiceNow modules (Service Catalogs, Platform, Asset Management, HRSD).
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using

  Java + Selenium

  .
• Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams (US, India) for project support.

Required Skills:

• Testing Tools:

  Java with Selenium

• Other Tools:

  Quality Center, Jira, Jenkins

• Domain Expertise:

  ServiceNow (Service Catalogs, Platform, Asset Management, HRSD)
• Knowledge of

  Jenkins, Splunk, GIT

Qualifications:

• 5+ years

  of experience in testing enterprise ServiceNow and web applications (Front End, Middleware, Backend).

• 2+ years

  of automation testing experience with Java and Selenium.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work across time zones.
