Job Role-ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: Chennai / Adyar. (Preferably candidates from Tamilnadu)

Joining preference: Immediate

Experience Level: 6-8+ Years

Education: Any UG/PG Degree

Salary offered: 10-14 LPA

Only Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with data modeling, CMDB design, and ServiceNow discovery.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

• Evening shift
• Night shift
