Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality software delivery by collaborating with the agile team. Your expertise in ServiceNow will be utilized to design, develop, and maintain the test strategy, test case catalog, and automation of tests for all stages of the software development process. Your contribution will be vital in achieving high-quality software artifacts through manual and automated testing. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automated testing - Develop and evolve the test concept of the team - Conduct Functional, System Integration, Regression, and Performance tests - Design and implement automated tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) application - Document, troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and follow-up on all encountered issues/defects/findings during testing - Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them - Work with other teams to create common testing strategies and provide support for UAT/End-to-End tests - Contribute ideas to enhance testing processes and ensure high-quality software artifacts - Coach and provide guidance to colleagues for a cross-functional and agile way of working - Participate in agile ceremonies, assess, and estimate requirements Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing in ServiceNow - Prior experience in agile software development and software quality assurance environment - Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and APIs - Possession of one or more ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Eagerness for self-development, commitment to quality, problem-solving abilities, reliability, a good sense of humor - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Optionally: - ISTQB Certified Tester - Knowledge of telecom-specific service delivery practices and processes - Experience with the Telemanagement Forum (TMF) Open APIs,
