ServiceNow Platform Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform (Strategy & Business Alignment) to join a fast-growing product-based organisation in Pune (Baner).

Role: ServiceNow Platform Manager/Owner

Location: Pune (Baner Location)

This is a full-time, 5-day, on-site role based at our Orbia Global Capability Center in Pune

Key Requirements:

?? Minimum 6 years as a Platform Manager/ Owner or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform

?? Product Ownership defining the vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow.

??Stakeholder Engagement working with business, IT, security, compliance teams.

??Governance & Standards setting policies for development, upgrades, and integrations.

??Vendor & Partner Management coordinating with ServiceNow and MSPs.

??Financial Acumen license optimisation, budgeting, ROI measurement.

??Data & Reporting defining KPIs, dashboards, and success measures.

??Strategic Alignment ensuring platform supports organizational goals (e.g., digital transformation).

??Privatisation balancing innovation vs. stability vs. cost.
