WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Location- Hyderabad/Pune,
Experience- 5+ years,

• • ServiceNow implementation expert who will have deep expertise on ITxM, HAM, IRM, SecOps, BCM and work with TCS Technical Lead and LYB stakeholders as appropriate
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and problems related to ServiceNow modules. Perform RCA for recurring issues.
• Develop and implement minor enhancement, business rules and catalog items. Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows and modules to meet requirement.
• Develop enhancements under direction of the ServiceNow Technical Lead and LYB ServiceNow Product Owner
• Provision access for users of the ServiceNow platform with appropriate approvals from the appropriate license owner
• Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow, responding promptly and professionally and ensuring department SLAs are met
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance with licensing within ServiceNow
• Perform testing and documentation of ServiceNow updates and releases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8.00 - ₹15.00 per year
