ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

As an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm, we are currently looking to hire for our client, a leading big 4 consulting firm globally. We are seeking candidates for the role of ITSM (Integrations, Scripting, Flow Designer, Request Catalog) with a minimum of 3-12 years of experience, including 2-3 years of ITOM and integration experiences. The ideal candidate should possess implementation experience on Discovery & Service Mapping, along with a Discovery or Service Mapping implementation Certification. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have exposure to Event Management and Service graph connectors. In this role, you will work within standard procedures and work instructions, under the close guidance of more experienced colleagues. Your responsibilities will include testing software or applications, fixing straightforward bugs, and escalating problems related to functionality issues. Furthermore, you will be expected to suggest recommendations for bug/problem resolution.,
