ServiceNow HRSD Developer

As a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions to optimize HR workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with business stakeholders to deliver customized HR solutions that meet their specific needs. You will also configure, customize, and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules such as HR Cases, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center to streamline HR processes effectively. Your expertise in developing and managing Lifecycle Events on ServiceNow will be essential in ensuring smooth transitions and timely execution across employee processes. Moreover, you will be responsible for integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external systems and platforms via SOAP/REST APIs and MID Server. Providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for HRSD-related incidents, problems, and changes will be part of your routine tasks. With over 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, particularly in HRSD, you should have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Lifecycle Events and their implementation. Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD modules like HR Cases, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center is crucial for this role. Your expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) for customizations and experience in ServiceNow integrations (SOAP, REST, MID Server) will be highly valued. Your understanding of HR processes and proven experience in implementing HRSD solutions will be beneficial in continuously improving existing HRSD applications to adapt to evolving business requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across teams.
