Servicenow Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow Discovery, with a focus on Cloud Discovery. Your expertise in ServiceNow Discovery governance processes, IP Subnets, MID-Servers, and CI IRE rules will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage ServiceNow Discovery, including Cloud Discovery - Develop and maintain ServiceNow Discovery governance processes and related documentation - Utilize strong knowledge of IP Subnets to create effective ServiceNow Discovery schedules - Implement MID-Servers for ServiceNow Discovery - Update ServiceNow Discovery IP ranges and schedules - Properly interpret and act on CI IRE rules, discovery logs, patterns, and probes - Obtain ServiceNow CSA or ITOM certifications - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery - Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integration, and Discovery - Familiarity with ITIL and IT processes - Certification in CSA or ITOM Additional Details: N/A,
