ServiceNow Developer

The team will be responsible to manage the ServiceNow implementation by enhancing the platform’s capability through custom development (scripting), making database/REST calls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
• Implement complex workflows, integrations, and automations
• Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions
• Optimize existing processes within the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and security
• Support upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
• Create documentation and share knowledge within the team

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent
• 5 – 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer/ administrator, ideally in complex enterprise environments (ideally with certifications)
• Excellent communications skills (in English), must have extensively worked in a collaborative international environment
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration
• Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar

Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
