Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Portal Experience ServiceNow Integration ServiceNow CSM and ServiceNow ITSM. Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance our infrastructure capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions effectively.
Implement ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules to streamline customer service and IT operations.
Customize ServiceNow portals to meet specific business requirements and improve user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications to ensure smooth operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on ServiceNow best practices.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all ServiceNow implementations.
Monitor system performance and optimize ServiceNow applications for efficiency and reliability.
Document processes and configurations to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and methodologies.
Participate in project planning and execution to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Portal Experience Integration CSM and ITSM.
Demonstrate experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
Have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications Required

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
