Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Administer and maintain ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM modules with a focus on cloud discovery and asset governance
Fulfill platform-related service requests, incidents, and perform upgrades and patching
Support asset lifecycle tracking, role-based access, and configuration workflows
Customize forms, fields, and dashboards to enhance IT asset visibility and compliance

Role Responsibilities:

Resolve platform issues and streamline asset management tasks
Assist in discovery scheduling, asset optimization, and governance
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams on system improvements
Document platform updates, support users, and monitor performance
