Job Description

Lead the
design, architecture, and implementation
of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and CMDB
.
Define and enforce platform governance, architecture principles, and coding standards.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
Oversee
ServiceNow integrations
with enterprise tools like
Jira, Azure, SAP, AWS, or Active Directory
.
Provide solution blueprints, proof of concepts (POCs), and best practices for automation and performance.
Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rule, UI Policy, Flow Designer)
.
Work with
ServiceNow API, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Discovery tools
.
Manage upgrades, migrations, and ensure platform stability and optimization.

Skills Required:

Deep expertise in
ServiceNow platform architecture & development
.
Strong understanding of
CMDB design, CSDM framework, and service mapping
.
Experience leading
end-to-end implementations or multi-module rollouts
.
Certifications preferred:

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (any 2+ modules)
ITSM/ITOM Implementation or Service Mapping Certification
