You are a proactive and technically skilled Application Developer with 13 years of experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and working with JavaScript, Rest API, and ServiceNow for development and customization tasks. Your role involves logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, maintaining IT documentation, knowledge base, and standard operating procedures, escalating unresolved issues, ensuring timely resolution on support tickets, participating in IT projects, and providing first-level technical support to end-users. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 13 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles. Proficiency in basic IT troubleshooting, hands-on experience with JavaScript and Rest API, and familiarity with ServiceNow development are essential. Knowledge of ITIL processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are also important. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL Foundation Certification, and CompTIA A+ or similar. The work environment is on-site based on company policy, and rotational shifts may be required.,
