Service Now Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer for ALIQAN Technologies" client MNC, your role will involve leading end-to-end ServiceNow delivery projects. You will be responsible for: - Leading end-to-end ServiceNow delivery projects - Being well-versed in ITIL/ISO20K and ServiceNow - Handling multiple ITSM functional consulting assignments - Ensuring process and tool alignment - Managing integrated setup of tools (monitoring, service management, dashboarding) - Configuring ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and ITOM - Holding certifications in ITIL and ServiceNow - Demonstrating team handling and management skills Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in the full software development life cycle for ServiceNow - Developing, configuring, and administering workflows to support business processes - Demonstrating project and people management skills - Providing solutions to customers based on requirements - Analyzing and solving technical issues - Automating routine tasks in ServiceNow using scripting tools and functionality - Configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system including workflows - Supporting, administering, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and other applications - Managing the platform life-cycle - Administering user accounts and governance - Developing custom reports for end-users - Providing backup support to team members for various activities - Programming experience with JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, and XML - Having advanced ServiceNow skills such as workflow and custom application development - Demonstrating functional knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices - Experience with other ITSM solutions and ITIL certification - Experience with Okta and Active Directory for user administration - Familiarity with web services integrations using SOAP and REST - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Aligning ServiceNow with IT organization strategy - Experience as a System Administrator/Developer of a service management application Prerequisites for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience - ITIL knowledge - ServiceNow certifications The base location for this position is Noida. However, the selected candidate must be willing to manage travel within the country and internationally as per business requirements.,
