Service Manager Directory and Authentication Services

You will be responsible for the day-to-day Service Delivery, ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of the Directory & Authentication Services. This includes executing the required Service Lifecycle components and driving Continuous Service Improvements. Your role will involve hands-on experience in IT Service Delivery, with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and technologies. You should be familiar with ITSM/ITIL processes, especially in an international, globally operating organization. Experience in IT/OT Service Delivery for Manufacturing units, preferably in mining companies, will be beneficial. You must possess strong knowledge and experience in applying ITIL, IT Service Management, COBIT, and DevOps principles and practices to Service Operations. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of Directory & Authentication, Identity & Access Management, Privilege Access Management, Active Directory & Microsoft Entra, PKI, Radius, Conditional Access, and associated directory security services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, adaptability, and time-management skills are preferred for this role. Experience in external partner management, vendor oversight, and contract management will be advantageous, as you will collaborate with vendors to implement, measure, and optimize processes and services.,
