Job Description

Job duties & responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation and servicing of all vinsak products.
Troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely.
Communicate issues effectively to escalation teams and provide feedback to customers
Clearly articulate product capabilities and give technical training/demonstrations to customers
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and printing related problems in this field.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and printing related problems by phone support.
Train customers on safe and efficient utilization of all equipment.
Provide preventive maintenance on all equipment and make recommendations to customers.
Proper documentation of all work required i.e., service reports, expense exports, installation feedback forms, etc.
