We are looking for a Service & Applicaon Engineer to support installaon, maintenance, troubleshoong, and applicaon training of our product porolio. This role will involve customer support, applicaon development, and technical coordina¢on with OEMs while ensuring high customer sa¢sfac¢on.

Key Responsibili¢es

1 Install and commission XRF analyzers and laser engraving systems at customer sites. 2 Provide applica¢on support, user training, and demonstra¢ons. 3Handle preven¢ve maintenance, troubleshoo¢ng, and repairs. 4 Coordinate with OEMs for advanced technical issues and upgrades. 5Assist sales team with technical clarica¢ons and applica¢on feasibility studies. 6Maintain service logs, reports, and customer feedback records. 7Ensure ¢mely resolu¢on of customer complaints with minimal down¢me. 8Travel extensively across India for service & applica¢on support. Preferred Candidate Prole Educa¢on: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumenta¢on. Experience: Minimum 2 years in service/maintenance of industrial equipment (analy¢cal instruments, capital equipment, laser systems preferred). Strong technical ap¢tude and hands-on troubleshoo¢ng skills. Good verbal & wri¢en communica¢on. Willingness to travel extensively pan-India. Dynamic, customer-focused, and self-driven.
