We are seeking a qualified and experienced Service Engineer to support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our Circular Saw Cutting Machines. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills and be comfortable working on-site at customer locations across India.

Responsibilities

Install and commission circular saw cutting machines at customer premises
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in the field
Replace defective parts and realign mechanical systems for optimal performance
Provide operator training and basic technical support during handover
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all visits

Qualifications

Education:

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fitter Trade

Experience:

Minimum 2 3 years in machinery installation or field service
Hands-on experience with metal cutting or circular saw machines preferred

Skills Required

Proficient in mechanical fitting and alignment
Familiarity with basic electrical circuits and diagnostics
Ability to read technical drawings and service manuals
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Understanding of safety protocols during machine servicing

Additional Requirements

Day shift availability
Willingness to travel 25% 40% across India as per job site requirements
Must be based in or willing to relocate to [Your Base City]
