Role Overview
As a Service Coordinator, youll act as a vital bridge between customers and our technical service teamsensuring efficient, timely, and customer-friendly service operations.Key Responsibilities- Receive and manage service requests via phone, email, or in-person visits.- Communicate effectively in Marathi, while also being comfortable in Gujarati and English.- Arrange onsite visits by technicians, confirm appointments, and follow up on service execution.- Log service details, report issues, and maintain accurate documentation of each service case.- Assist with spares ordering and coordinate internal follow-ups.- Escalate critical technical issues or delays to senior staff proactively.- Collect and relay customer feedback on service quality and satisfaction.- Handle service reports, quotations, and ensure records are up to date in internal systems.Required Profile- Graduate (any discipline).- Freshers welcome.- Fluent in Marathi and working knowledge of Gujarati and English.Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.
