Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Account Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the Computer Hardware/Networking industry, with expertise in managing service accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform business decisions.
Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing service accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of the Computer Hardware/Networking industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
