SEO Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Leader to lead our search engine optimization strategy and manage a team of SEO specialists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and achieve business objectives.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of SEO executives/specialists, ensuring tasks are aligned with goals and deadlines.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Build and manage link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Mange team/member
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle multiple projects.
• Good understanding of content marketing and digital marketing trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 15K to 20K Maximum
