SEO Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic SEO Manager to lead our SEO efforts across multiple websites and digital properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, improving search engine rankings, and ensuring the execution of end-to-end SEO strategies. You will manage the SEO team, train executives and interns, and oversee the use of SEO tools and analytics to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution
• Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies for all company websites.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link-building strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.
• Website Performance & Ranking
• Manage and track the ranking performance of all websites.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Optimize website structure, content, and internal linking for maximum visibility.
• Tools & Analytics Management
• Use industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) to analyze and report performance.
• Provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
• Team Management & Training
• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team including executives and interns.
• Provide training sessions to enhance skills and ensure best practices.
• Allocate tasks, set performance KPIs, and review team progress.
• Collaboration & Growth
• Work closely with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to align SEO with overall marketing strategies.
• Identify new growth opportunities in organic search.
• Manage SEO campaigns for local, national, and international visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven work experience as an SEO Manager or Senior SEO Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and ranking strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and grow a team.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
