Crossweave is a leading furniture manufacturer based in Sector 99, known for delivering premium, durable, and stylish furniture. We are looking for an experienced and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** with expertise in both **Social Media Marketing** and **SEO** to strengthen our online presence and generate leads.

## Key Responsibilities

### **Social Media Marketing**

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and brand visibility.

- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, offers, and exhibitions.

- Build and engage with online communities; respond to queries and feedback.

- Track KPIs such as impressions, reach, conversions, and ROI, and prepare monthly reports.

### **SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website/product pages for higher search rankings.

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including backlinks, meta tags, and schema markup.

- Improve technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing).

- Analyze performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

- Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly blogs and descriptions.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and Google algorithm changes.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.

- **Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience** in Digital Marketing (SEO + Social Media).

- Strong knowledge of both organic and paid digital campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Ads Manager.

- Creative thinker with excellent content writing and communication skills.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify) and design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.

- **Freshers will not be considered.**

- **This is a full-time on-site role (not work from home).**
