Senior User Interface Designer

As the ideal candidate, you must have a knack for clean and artistic design, exceptional UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into intuitive user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Design, design, and design - from conceptualizing layouts to refining them based on feedback. - Produce highly-detailed and professional designs. - Develop wireframe specifications with annotations for developers to follow. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and resolve any issues. - Create web, mobile, and tablet-friendly applications with a focus on visual design. - Provide design direction and execution with a holistic approach. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of design theory, including logo, graphic/UI design, and usability principles. - Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail in crafting visually appealing designs. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to lead and motivate team members in design discussions. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. - Effective facilitator with a good sense of humor.
