Senior UI/UX Designer

We at Tradais Digital are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in product design for ERP, CRM, Mobile, and Web applications.
You’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging product experiences that simplify workflows and deliver value to enterprise users.

This role demands creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to balance design thinking with business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design for ERP & CRM products, mobile apps, and web platforms.
• Translate business and user needs into user-friendly product flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create responsive designs for both mobile and web environments.
• Conduct user research & usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Maintain design consistency across ERP, CRM, mobile, and web applications.
• Support branding and graphic design tasks when required.
• Apply HTML & CSS knowledge to improve communication with the development team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ERP, CRM, mobile app, and web product designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and related tools.
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS (advantage for design-to-dev handoff).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
