Senior UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire UI/UX design process for both web and mobile applications. Your duties will include conducting user research, usability tests, and competitor analysis to drive design strategy. Using tools like Figma and other modern design software, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as developers, product managers, and marketers, will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines. In addition to your design responsibilities, you will also be involved in producing creative marketing visuals, animations, and video content for digital campaigns. Mentoring junior designers and fostering a design-first culture within the team will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a minimum of 12 years in a senior or lead role. A robust portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across various platforms is essential. An in-depth understanding of design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to effectively convey ideas and feedback. You will utilize a variety of tools in your work, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Framer for UI/UX and prototyping. For user research and analytics, tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Maze, and UserTesting.com will be employed. Graphics and multimedia tasks will involve using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and LottieFiles. Project and documentation management will be facilitated through tools like Jira, Notion, Google Docs, and Zeplin. Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce products, familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks, and knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization are all considered advantageous.
