Senior Tibco Developer

As a TIBCO Senior Developer at NCG, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation across business units. You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient TIBCO-based solutions, offering opportunities for professional growth and exposure to cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, and develop integration solutions utilizing TIBCO BW and TIBCO EMS. - Implement business processes based on technical specifications while ensuring adherence to best practices. - Conduct unit testing and peer reviews to maintain solution quality. - Support functional testing during SIT and UAT phases. - Debug existing code and provide prompt resolutions for production issues. - Manage BW migration activities with minimal downtime. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables align with business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - TIBCO Expertise: Proficiency in TIBCO BW 5.x, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, and SOA architecture. - Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, and XSLT. - Minimum 6-9 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in TIBCO technologies. - Experience in application deployment in development and production environments. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
