Ability to work on projects from inception to delivery
Decision making to decide on best solution based on cost, time and quality of options
Cross skills in delivery but also operational support as per the new DevOps model
Implementing robust solutions to minimize operational effort
An expert in Cisco Networks, Cloud Networks, Automation and associated DevOps
In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of networking technologies, such as- Cloud Networking (Azure, OCI, AWS ), BGP, OSPF, IPSEC, DMVPN, Layer-2 Technologies (VLAN,STP, RSTP, VTP, MACSEC, VPC), VXLAN, WLAN, NAC, WAN Optimization
Strong technical expertise with a focus on development and coding.
Designing and implementing enterprise-level network architectures, including Datacenter, LANs, WANs, WLANs, Cloud environments and hybrid network.
Good infrastructure and security knowledge
Facilitating getting the work done across the parallel development teams
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Clear internal and external communication, improving transparency across teams and stakeholders
Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously pivot to arrive at the best solution for the end customer
Energized by complex problem solving and ability to innovate new solutions
Ability to work under pressure, manage client expectations effectively

Has developed synergies across services, optimizing re-use, promoting simplification and demonstrating speed-to-market benefits
