Job Description

Role Overview: Join our Ansys Customer Excellence team to assist customers with their real-world engineering simulation projects and integration of Ansys software in design workflows. You will utilize advanced-level engineering knowledge and Ansys AI-based platforms to ensure customer success. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions and advancing pervasive simulation knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy Ansys AI-based platforms to complement engineering expertise and assist customers with engineering problems related to Ansys Fluids Products - Ensure high Customer Satisfaction and Success to drive customers" adoption of Ansys software - Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships - Share knowledge and experience by creating and updating content for customers and internal colleagues - Lead team projects such as content creation and process deployment - Provide feedback for product improvement and participate in application field testing of new releases - Analyze the effectiveness of Ansys AI-based support platforms in answering customers" questions - Promote and learn how AI-based technologies can assist engineers in helping Ansys customers - Develop expertise in Ansys simulation products and applications - Provide expertise-level support to other business functions as needed - Participate in strategic team and company initiatives Qualification Required: - B.Tech, M.Tech, or PhD in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field - Professional experience in an engineering software environment (B.Tech+3, M.Tech+2, or PhD+0) - Demonstrated use of Ansys Fluids software or knowledge of other commercial CAE software packages - Expertise in Fluid dynamics, Heat transfer, Multiphase Modeling, Numerical Methods, and Thermodynamics - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement numerical models for engineering solutions - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness for continuous learning and professional development - Preferred qualifications include additional years of professional experience, customer-facing roles, and experience with Ansys tools like Ansys Workbench, Ansys Fluent, Ansys CFX, and Ansys Space claim,
