Job Description

As a Senior Technical Services Advisor at Juniper, your role is crucial in providing exceptional outcomes and remarkable customer experiences through forward-looking technical services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being a customer advocate within Juniper and acting as a single point of contact for all post-sales service needs - Ensuring alignment with the customer and accounts team regarding service sales and delivery - Resolving support cases within SLAs and expediting/escalating critical issues among Juniper technical support teams - Proactively escalating critical issues and bringing together experts for prompt resolution - Serving as an intermediary between Customer and Juniper Professional Services, Advanced Services, and Education Services - Engaging in major projects for service requirements, risk management, and expectation setting with the account team, partners, and customers - Conducting periodic reviews with the customer on service delivery metrics, SLA, and quality - Establishing a customer-specific operational status and reporting framework, preferably using ITIL, and leading in the delivery of status reports - Reviewing network change plans, assessing open software defects, and partnering with customers to develop mitigation plans - Assisting customers in utilizing proactive consulting services for technical analysis and recommendations - Conducting periodic Juniper product health checks and Configuration/Design reviews with customers In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates with: - Experience in customer facing roles - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (MBA would be an advantage) - 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and solving technical problems in Datacenter, IP/MPLS-Networks - Deep understanding of core IP networking concepts and relevant certifications (JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE) - Knowledge and experience in newer technologies such as Segment Routing, Traffic engineering, DC switching, VxLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN & Wireless - Experience working in large enterprises or network service providers - ITIL Framework process knowledge and desire to work on automation If you believe your profile aligns with the requirements of this position, please share your resume at risingh@juniper.net.,
