Description
As a Lead Systems Architect at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of complex projects and initiatives with companywide scope. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives and participating in defining the future technology architecture and strategy. Your role will involve identifying medium to high architectural impact projects, conducting complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions, and communicating the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams. In this position, you will be actively involved in making decisions regarding the development and maintenance of architecture, understanding compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas, and ensuring that applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standards, policies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and managers will be essential to resolving issues and achieving goals effectively. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of Systems Architecture experience or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. Additionally, knowledge and experience in SDLC processes, tools, and controls are required. Experience in application modernization and rationalization, as well as proficiency in one or more of the following technical skills - .Net, Java, Microservices, Oracle apex, OCP, and other cloud technologies, will be advantageous.
