Job Description

Job Locations:

(Candidates from the CCTV/Surveillance, Access Control, Smart/Safe City Projects, IT Networking, and Hardware fields are highly preferred.)

Job Responsibilities

Resource planning with the help of the Projects/Support team. Ability to manage resources for projects and support the team.
Thorough understanding of operations & service delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering results
Should be able to manage and set/get alignment toward a direction.
Monitor, organize, and manage a project's tasks.
Guide and train engineers on project tracking tools, i.e., Asana, ERP, etc.
Work closely with the engineering team to get an update about projects and update the project tracker accordingly.
Assist in preparing project handover documents in coordination with the project manager.
Prepare and submit necessary documents to start the project's execution.
Host regular meetings with the Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns.

Requirement

Working experience in operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals in organizations.
Assertive and clear style of communication.

Educational Qualification

Minimum Qualification: BE/M.Sc. (EC)/(IT) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations
