Job Description

Responsibilities

Build SQL, Vector, Graph, Document, and NoSQL data architectures that directly support GenAI products.
Translate complex business and AI requirements into robust, scalable database designs.
Work on GenAI pipelines, retrieval-augmented systems, and large-scale structured data platforms.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, startup-style environment supported by experienced leadership.

Your Impact

Design and develop scalable, secure RDBMS solutions (preferably SQL Server).
Build advanced SQL components: stored procedures, views, triggers, dynamic SQL, and data pipelines.
Conduct data analysis, profiling, and modeling to support GenAI and analytics initiatives.
Optimize performance through indexing, query tuning, and workload optimization.
Support data migration, transformation, and system-to-system integration efforts.
Drive best practices for CI/CD of database scripts and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.

What Were Looking For

5+ years of RDBMS development experience (preferably SQL Server).
Strong expertise in database design, normalization/denormalization, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience working with large datasets and production-scale systems.
Deep proficiency in stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
Solid understanding of security, backup, replication, and high-availability strategies.
Ability to translate business and application requirements into precise database specifications.
