Senior Structural Design Engineer

You are an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer with over 15 years of proven experience. Your expertise lies in designing and analyzing high-rise buildings, malls, and hospitals, with a focus on RCC and steel structures. Your passion for excellence in structural engineering and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment make you an ideal candidate for our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include designing and analyzing RCC and steel structures for complex high-rise and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with IS codes and international standards, reviewing and validating structural models, drawings, and BOQs, collaborating with various teams for project delivery, mentoring junior engineers and drafters, and participating in structural audits and retrofitting designs. To excel in this role, you should have proven expertise in ETABS and STAAD.Pro, a strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods, knowledge of IS codes and other relevant standards, excellent coordination and communication skills, as well as demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. You should hold a B.E./M.E. or B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 15 years of experience in structural design, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
